Banquet Hall Rental Rates
All rentals require a $300.00 paid within 10 days of booking.
This includes a $100.00 refundable damage deposit . The damage deposit portion is refundable if the is no damage reported.
Any damage in excess of the damage deposit will be charged to the renter. Rental deposit is only refundable if function is cancelled at least 60 days before function.
No person under the age of majority will be served. Identification may be requested. Renter must accept responsibility for conduct of guests. (i.e. if a person gets drinks for another person who has been denied service from the bar steward. Children must be kept under control.)
Outside caterers are welcome but do not have access to the kitchen or Legion equipment.
Self Catering: Use of kitchen is available for $50.00. This includes space in the small door of the refrigerator (about 30 square feet) warming in ovens only (no cooking, and butcher block surface only. It does not include use of pots, pans, utensils, cooking trays, serving dishes, dinnerware, cutlery or serving equipment.
Bar stewards: 1 Steward for up to 75 people and 2 stewards are required for higher numbers. Bartender fee is negotiated by function.
Use of tablecloths $5.00 each.

includes set up if notified, must be finished by 7:00 pm
* Lounge is available for Legion members and guests on a request basis at no charge.
* All prices are subject to change without notice.
* Applicable taxes are included in the above prices.
* Minors are to be identified to bar steward. Customer is responsible for minors.
* Any unauthorized use of Legion equipment will forfeit refund of damage deposit, as will not following rules on smoking area, and drinking outside.
* No drinks to be taken outside.
* Smoking only in designated area.
